Usually when I post pictures, I like to use one word that either fits the picture, or one that describes what
Im feeling. Yet I couldnt find just one word. So I leave you with three... Promises, Hold and... Strength.

I sit here and wonder what Im going to do.
But nothing comes to mind.
I didnt want to hear it coming from too.
I know you just want whats best.
But I know what I have to do.
you only ruined what started off as a good day.
your supposed to save me.
and now several hours later
theres still no word from you.

I believe Im begining to go crazy.
I ehxale out of frustration.
I grind my teeth,
and bite the inside of my cheek.
I can taste blood.
I toss and turn.
theres no answer for any relief.

laying here in fetal position
tracing the pattern of flowers from
the pillow my head rest on
I just want to go home.

sooner then expected.
the picture becomes distorted.
crumbled.
theres so much I want to know
did I exist?
when did you become so weak?
When did I lose you?
Somehow
through this mess
i've lost myself
